Counselling Services

What we do

We offer a confidential counselling service to anyone who is 18 or over.  Our day time service is open to anyone who lives in Westminster or who has a GP in Westminster.  Our evening service is open to anyone. Counselling appointments are offered during the day from Monday to Friday and on a Monday and Tuesday evening.

Individual Counselling

You will be invited for an assessment with one of our senior therapists.  At this meeting we will find out more about your concerns, difficulties and together decide if counselling is right for you. If it is then you will be put on a waiting list to see one of counsellor’s at a time that suits you.  The number of sessions offered will be decided between you and the senior counsellor: this can range from a couple of sessions to up to a year.
Individual counselling sessions take place once a week, on the same day at the same time.  Sessions last for 50 minutes.

Day Service: Mon – Thur   9am – 4.30pm, Fri   9am – 1 pm

This service is partly funded by NHS Westminster.  To cover some of our costs we ask that, where possible a client makes a contribution to the costs of the service.  This fee ranges from £1 upwards.  However, should a person be in financial difficulty then we will not charge a fee.

Evening Service: Mon & Tue 5pm – 7.30pm

We charge £15 for the assessment.  There after the fee per session are from £10 - £40., what you will pay is based on your own particular circumstances and will be discussed at assessment.
