Good to Go sessions

Will be up and running again from WEDNESDAY 23 SEPTEMBER 2009 running from 1.00pm until 3.00pm and every month after that at The Drop In at 526 Harrow Road London W10.

Offering:

  • Complementary therapies- reflexology and massage.
  • Games, quizzes and information on food and eating- getting “good to go”
  • Healthy Snacks and Refreshments
