Assistant Director - Carolyn Bond BA Hons

Has been employed by Westminster Mind since 2002. She is responsible for the quality assurance including staff training, supported housing services, Flexicare, 526 Drop In and Support 4 Volunteering. She has NVQ Level 4 in Housing.

Carolyn is a member of the Volunteer Engagement and Best Practice Team Advisory Group and she is Vice-Chair of Westminster Disability Network. She has over twenty years experience in the voluntary sector from working in crisis services for people with complex needs, with offenders and people leaving prison and in housing services for homeless and vulnerable women, prior to working for Westminster Mind.

Finance Manager - Kat Nowak MA, ACCA

Started as Finance Manager for Westminster Mind in February 2008.

She is an experienced and qualified accountant. She worked in the not for profit sector before joining Westminster Mind.

Human Resources and Central Services Manager - Keith Fortescue MCIPD, MA, NEBOSH

Has been employed by Westminster Mind since July 2006.

He is a qualified Human Resources professional with experience in employment law, employee relations, training and health and safety. He has worked in the private, public and not for profit sectors.
